These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the 42 ph platform. By creating an account or accessing any part of our service, you agree to be bound by the rules set out below. What You Agree to When You Use 42 ph
1. Eligibility and Account Registration
To register and use 42 ph, you must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of the Philippines. By creating an account, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date. Each player is permitted to hold only one account; duplicate accounts may be suspended without notice. 2. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments
All transactions on 42 ph are conducted in Philippine pesos (PHP). We accept deposits via GCash, Maya, and local bank transfer. You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name; third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes stated in our FAQ, subject to identity verification and any applicable bonus wagering requirements. 42 ph does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges. We reserve the right to delay or decline a withdrawal if we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity or a breach of these Terms. Any funds deposited must not originate from illegal sources, and by transacting on the platform you confirm compliance with all applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws.
3. Game Rules and Fair Play
All games available on 42 ph — including sports betting, slot games, and live casino titles — are governed by individual game rules that are displayed within each game or betting market. Results are determined by certified random number generators or live event outcomes, and 42 ph does not manipulate results in any way. Any attempt to exploit software errors, use automated betting tools, engage in collusion, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension. Bets placed in error due to obvious pricing mistakes may be voided at our discretion. 42 ph reserves the right to amend game offerings, odds, and betting limits at any time without prior notice. 4. Bonuses and Promotions
From time to time, 42 ph may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, or other promotional incentives to eligible players. All promotions are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry dates, which will be clearly stated at the time the promotion is offered. Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, or per device unless otherwise stated. Attempting to abuse promotional offers — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus — will result in the cancellation of the bonus and may lead to account suspension. 42 ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been fully met. 7. Limitation of Liability and Disputes
42 ph provides its platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. We will not be liable for any losses arising from technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In the event of a dispute regarding a bet, game result, or account transaction, you must contact our support team within 30 days of the relevant event; claims submitted after this period may not be considered. 42 ph's decision on any dispute will be final after a thorough internal review, and we are committed to resolving all complaints fairly and transparently. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Philippines, and any unresolved disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts.
